I'd like to see this occur, my friend.

And I said: Originally posted by turnoviseous Ok, so you propose that proletariat should stay back and not make a revolution, because it would be "premature" and it has to come from the developed west first? Thats what mensheviks stood for. Also, wasn´t China´s revolution then also "premature"? You haven´t answered me on this. Also, there doesn´ t seem anything wrong with Engels´s views.

I am not opposed to premature revolution. I'm not sure what you want from me past that.
What are your views on this? I thought you were against "premature" revolution?

What are your views on this? I thought you were against "premature" revolution? My views are that of Trotsky´s theory of Permanent revolution. Which was well explained on YOUR forum. But you "haven´t had time" to read it, I guess. You can start the revolution in a single undeveloped country under imperialist control, but the revolution must spread, this is also the view of Engels in your quote!
