Anyone know about Zeitgeist and ZMag?

Does anyone know if ZMag / Z Communications is in any way related to Zeitgeist Movement, which also uses the letter "Z".

Zeitgeist Movement seeks to build an anarchistic society, with a lot of sci-fi dreaming about the technology of the (near) future. The biggest problem of the movement is its dictatorial hierarchy at present time, Jacques Fresco and now Peter Joseph _own_ the movement, it is their property. Well in the same way the admins of this forum _own_ YFIS (which is too small to be called a "movement"), and the founders of RevLeft forum _own_ it. A lot of private ownership going on in the Leftist movement.

Z Mag people seem to be a lot more democratic and open-minded than Zeitgeist people. They don't preach moneyless society as the only possible option, etc.
