having actually experienced the real-world results of such ideology I humbly ask you to consider carefully how it's always been violently rammed down people's throats. How communism has historically been a dismal failure and a horrible nightmare whenever and wherever it's been tried. How violence and suppression are it's primary tools. What you read in Das Kapital is a nice ideal that doesn't necessarily work all that well in the real world.
That the person is a complete idiot in everything they are saying, even more ironic is that Das Kapital is pretty much a description of how Capitalism works..So by saying what we read in Das Kapital does not work..are they not themselves calling Capitalism a failure?
Yeah, it's true that communism has never reached its 3rd (Utopia) or even 2nd stage (Social democracy) and it's really been disgraced many times, but that doesn't mean we have to give up. We have to show people their understanding of communism is completely false (How many workers have really read Das Kapital?).
Well, that's the way I see it. Communism is destined to fail because humans to not live in hunter gather societies anymore, if anything we are becoming the opposite.
