We all know about the famous Speaker's Corners of the UK where Socialists and Communists commonly debate..in the past these were even used by great people of the past such as Karl Marx, George Orwell, and Lenin and today by known comrades such as Heiko Khoo. What is to stop us from having our own such area to meet and debate? While the constitution may be a ruse and meant only to pacify us it does give us the right to assembly and freedom of speech..So am I the only one who believes in the utility of a monument to this right?

That sounds like a great idea. How would we go about setting it up?
This really isn't the type of thing you can "set up" unless you consider going to city council meetings for authorization and trying to get donations..

I guess that wouldn't be too much trouble if you live in a pretty liberal area (which I do not.)

I don't know, Many liberals would likely oppose such a move as well.
