The Industry of War
« on: January 09, 2010, 06:24:55 PM »

Everyone says that war is not an industry, but the US military uses 395 000 barrels of Oil per day (Being the largest oil purchaser in the world) it is not an industry yet the military spends untold billions and trillions of dollars to pay private companies to create weapons of destruction, all for the enslavement of the people of Iraq and Afghanistan, and access to their natural resources, all this money going to the greedy hands of the bourgeoisie, can anyone honestly say that this is not an industry?

As Lenin once put it, when told by a petty bourgeois liberal that war is terrible: "Yes, terribly profitable!" :-D
