Topic: Youtube channel? (Read 4740 times)

United Comrades have got one, also, I set up Facebook and Myspace pages for them (am doing a Bebo page soon), so possibly this is something to consider.............
Also, perhaps some little posters to stick up around public places? UC did some great ones, and I can ask my comrade over there to do some for you, free of charge : )
As far as I can see we really need the publicity, so perhaps this is something for the staff to consider?

What you need to do is use myspace ,facebook and Youtube to get to the people and educate them and point them to this site.
Explain the propadada in the news on TV and goverment that like to use.There is only about 5 members here who post 3 or 4 times a weak.This group was alive before and now it is dead.

A utube channel would require somebody to make videos. Many of the pro-leftist vids on utube to that job already.
We can post on Utube, Myspace and Facbook, including links to this site.
There are also many pro-socialist/communist groups on facebook, and many communists/socialists and general leftists on Youtube. I havn't checked Myspace out really, yet.
But I would need the approval of all the staff on here before I set up any accounts....

Newyouth has a myspace. I don't check my space until I get an email saying someone did something to my space. But I usually see bulletins posted for YFIS. As for Facebook, I'm not sure if the American section of YFIS has one. I know I have a British politician, John McDonnel and the Labour LRC on facebook. So the British comrades might be on Facebook. I can't for the life of me think why McDonnel would be on my facebook it is was not for the the British comrades.
As for youtube, I do not know if YFIS or the IMT has a channel. Be a good idea actually. Theres enough audio form IDOM and video from HoV to create a channel.
Also, no offense BP, but the IMT would have it's own members work all internet activity.
And not to mention the internet is an amazing tool for recruiting. However, it's not the only one. Internet contacts generally fall through. Not all. But I would say a majority. Work in the world is far more productive.

Many people do not know about this web site or know any thing about communists/socialists in general or any left indeas.And youtube ,Myspace and Facbook is a fad any person who has computer or internet must go to those web sites !! They may not know of other web sites or groups on the internet but they know of youtube ,Myspace and Facbook . It is like young people walking around with cell phones today. |

Heh, IDOM and YFIS had a Facebook for quite some time now. WAY TO ADVERTISE on the site! And what the hell is with not mentioning the forum on IDOM? That's so stupid.
Granted the former was fixed when the site changed, but the latter! If there is a comrade who can yell at someone, start yelling!
