Work place organising

I wondered if any of the comrades here had seen this.
If you take away the fact that this is from an anarchist site I believe the organising tips they give are excellent. I have been doing similar work to this in TGWU workplaces with some succes in building union membership.

I actually read this or a variation of it on the IWW site a long time ago, but I definitely think it is worth discussing.  I will give it a reread.
