In the book "Bolshevism" im reading about Lenins emphasis on strength in theory , and his flexibility in organisational situations.
i dont understand what kinds of organisational things you can be flexible in? does anyone know any examples?

Well, I think it is about how you work under political oppression and when the oppression is partly gone and stuff like that.

Dear Kamo organisational flexibility is the ability to use all the opportunities to promote the ideas of marxism among workers and youth. For example, you can say that the british comrades of the WIL and RCP did flexible work in wartime, both working with a wing in trade unions, paper sales, and also had contact with layers of the ILP and LP (as far as i remember). you can read more in the 'history of british trotskyism'.
But also like comrade turnoviseous says, it is work during diffrent circumstances, i.e. illegal/legal, etc. this for example raises the question of work in the parliament, the soviets, etc. the point is that marxists only are loyal to two things, first of all their ideas, and as a consecvense of that, they are also loyal to the working class - the only class capeable of revolting society.
