How do I report spam private messages??
I have just got two offensive pornographic ones from a 'Daniel Craig'.
Can someone stop these and warn this character??
And can one of the moderators/administrators delete them; be careful I think they contain a spy bot, or virus of some ort!!

You should be able to delete them yourself. I got he same messages and just deleted them fom my messagebox. I will try to find his profile and delete it, but it's not so easy with the new layout.

Well, when I took a look at this message, it turned my firewall off, and blocked my anti-virus program.
So I am reluctant to try to delete it again, after it took ages to repair the damage.
How does one contact the moderators at this site?
Are there any????

Am a moderator but rather poor at it, mostly I just remove the spam posts. Lack of teqnical abilities you see :-\ Problem is I can't find him on the membershiplist so I dunno how to ban him. When I deleted the messages I never read em, just choose them in the message menu for deletion.

Sorry guys, we are aware of the problem. It seems the spam robots have found this forum :-[ I removed the spammer and in an attempt to prevent this from happening again I changed the registration settings; New members need to activate their account now so it should be much harder now for a robot to automatically subscribe to the forum and start spamming either in public on the forum or in private messages.
Sooo apologies comrades, let's hope it's solved now.

Thanks, rood!
But, how do I delete these messages without viewing them?
Last time I did this it took out my firewall and nuked my anti-virus program.

Crap, I have two of these "Daniel Craig" messages as well. I am not sure what to do; you can merely view the messages by scrolling down the list you have. I do not dare to delete them with this problem. I thought of just checking the box next to the message without clicking the link, but I am too worried about my firewall, anti-spyware, and anti-virus getting messed up.
I have seen and reported some cretin spammers, but I never thought that they would end up doing this crap!

V, what we need here is an admin type character, like we have over at Revleft, cleaning these out, if they can....
Or some technically competent comrade to do it.

I am not sure how this works completely, but it does seem to be working for revleft. Spammers don't seem to last too long over there.
I am not sure if there is anyone around here that would be able to do such things; this board is largely composed of active IMT members, hence the inactivity of this board compared to revleft and other such places.
I wonder if there is anyone around that would know what can be done about this. All I know is that options are currently being explored.

Apologies comrades, it seems yesterday this idiot managed to send spam through the board again, both in public and in private messages to everybody. I deleted his account and removed all messages. Last time this happened I changed the registration settings so that new members have to activate their account but now even this doesn't seem to be bullet-proof for the spam robots. Sigh.
