Sounds comedic sure but nerds are taking over and the so called "nerds" of the world will steadily have an ever increasing effect on our lives, can Marxism benifit from this trend?  You bet!  You see Capitalism works and remains in place for among other key reasons Scarcity.  People hoard Capital and crave wealth because of the perception things are scarce.  Well through advances in science and technology scarcity will within our lifetimes become a subject of past human history IF WE FIGHT FOR THIS CHANGE.  That's the crucial ingredient, most every thing we could accomplish in terms of providing for the needs of ALL people for Free could be done if the key technological advancements required were not being suppressed.  For convience I can move my cold fusion topics to this catagory as they are more relavent here.  Also we must talk about how advances in robotic will effect the cause of marxism aswell as the overall situation for the prolitariate in total.

The United States Airforce is nothing but a legion of nerds... yep... nerds. The relevance of this, im not really sure.

Well, we know that those who control the skies control the battle field, so you just gotta have better nerds to beat those nerds, and challenge those nerds in Air to Air Combat,  That's something I know a little about as they don't call me "ACE" for nothing.  It's part of why I'm really distressed to hear that the Red Airforce is a shadow of it's former glory.  Truth be told had the U.S. and U.S.S.R. engaged in Air to Air warfare in say the year 1987 they might have had to change the slogan from "nothing can stop the U.S. Air force" to "nothing can stop the U.S. Airforce from burning out of the sky....."

The United States AirForce will more than likely be phased out and integrated in the Army within the next few years. The actual Air Force service has done very little since its creation after WWII. More people are wising up to this. The Marines, a section of the Navy has its own air support. The Amry has its own air support. The Navy, and both the Army each have more planes and helicopters then the Air Force. The Navy, has the Top Gun program, an elite fighter program, the Air Force, noting...

The Air Force also does very little of actual fighting. If a situation is deemed hostile, the Air Force will not go in. Rather odd for a branch of the armed services. But then the Navy will go in with its fighters or the Army with its bombers.

That's interesting to say the least, I suppose much of this has to do with it being a pack of spoiled rich kids who want to fly jets and be like a movie star but not ACTUALLY put their lives at risk in air to air combat.  I understand TONS of U.S. Millitary began to FREAK OUT when war hit and they discovered they might be asked to DIE for that college money.  But either way I'm more concerned about mending those broken wings of the red Airforce as the more the balance of power shifts in favor of the Capitalist the more they will be enboldened to opress the weak and poor of the world.

I understand TONS of U.S. Millitary began to FREAK OUT when war hit and they discovered they might be asked to DIE for that college money.

My friend recently got leave from the Navy and we were talking about this.

The US Marines, are the crazy gun-ho people who want to kill talibans and have great patriotic zeal.

If you join the Navy, your basically joining up for the college money or to travel. For the Navy is basicaly safe from attack. Im sure many of the Army recruits are a mix between the patriots and the college money kids, though there job is more dangerous for the Army follows in the wake of the Marines and police what the marines destroyed.

And then theres the Air Force, no one is really quite sure what they do. But they are the Armed Service outcasts. In bootcamp my friends said, the Air Force basically stuck together and never mingled with anyone else. The "Nerds" as I have said earlier.

The "nerds" are taking over?  Do you have any proof of that?  "Nerds" in my area must be quite uncommon, for when I went throughout elementary school and high school, I never encountered what is commonly known as a "nerd."  

Also, the Bourgeois will continue to suppress technological advances in the name of profit.  How many alternate fuel sources have the wrecked now?  Oil should have been obsolete quite some time ago.  They won't get rid of oil until the world supply runs out.  The Bourgeois must be overthrown if we are truly to harness good technology.  

The Bourgeois already does some awful things in the name of profit, as things like Cholera and starvation are more common in the Third World.  We could easily solve those problems, but doing so can't be accomplished on a capitalist basis.  I have heard of capitalists boasting about how we have enough food to feed everyone on the planet, yet I still hear of people starving.  This food is going to rich gluttons, not starving men, women, and children.:mad:

That's why alternative fuels like Cold fusion need to be developed FIRST by Communist.  You see it's not hard to predict what the Pentagon will say when they see Fusion powered Mig-29's that could devitate their beloved F-22 with little hassle.  And I was thinking I'd post something about how Capitalist prefer people to starve to death despite the fact that there is ample food for all on the planet to eat, I think I'll post that to Marxist ecconomics.

Cold fusion?  I have head that is impossible.  I don't know if that is true, given that I don't know much about that stuff, but that is what I have heard from many people.

But, at any rate, such massive developments won't be made until the capitalists have already been overthrown.

But I think you are getting things in reverse order, you FIRST develop the tools needed to dismantle Capitalism, Then it falls, but till then the capitalist scum need to be held at bay by Neuclear deterence.
