What the reason for debating politics with capitalists?

Debate is always good. It shows that you know what you are talking about and can remain firm even against the opposite ideology. It also can show yourself how far your own education has come.

Yes, you need to register, but it's easy. It's basically just like this forum, the setup and the registration, anyway. If you do join, inform me. The reason I have called out to fellow leftists to join me is because, as we all know, here is power in numbers. And besides, having an anrachist join me is exactly what we on the radical left need: unification, alliance, not criticism and pathetic arguments among us. Tell me if you do join the forum, and together we will crush the capitalists lol!! Oh and do tell if you will be joining under the name cobra or not, so I can identify you.

It is useful as a beginner, but after awhile, when you know Marxism and keep getting better at it, your opponents are going to spew the same things out at you over and over again, no matter how badly you refute them.  Just make sure to get out when they start hurling the same things over and over again at you when you refute them easily, as you will just be wasting your time debating with them.  Either that or just talk about non-political things after that if you intend on staying over there.

I was looking through that site, and it seems that it has many reactionary members, whether their stance be devoted toward major or moral issues.  Anomlay seems to be able to refute them quite easily.

Why thank you, Volkov. But think of how idiotic the capitalists would look if there were two of us anti-capitalists there, rather than just me? Currently I'm outnumbered by capitalists 3 to 1.

I am quite short on time, and those capitalists don't really have anything new to offer in regards of arguments.  They would probably hurl the same crap at me that I spent years refuting other capitalists in such aspects.  I got tired of arguing with them in these major aspects over all of those years.  I seriously doubt that any of them can offer anything new.  The capitalists you face almost seem less intelligent than some of the ones I have encountered.

I've noticed that too, and their idiocy and willed ignorance and intolerence makes it extremely hard to have a serious debate. But my posting in the predominantly pro-capitalist forum has, I think, shown the myths of socialism (dictatorship) to be just that-myths, and has shown that being a scoialist is okay, that our ideas aren't crazy. That I can debate and usually win against any capitalist on the forum has shownthe lot of them that socialism may in fact be a better alterntive, it's like I've opened that forbidden door.

Oh, and MattVesty, I'm anxious to see you there. It'll be nice to have a comrade on the forum for once.

Yes, that is annoying.  I used to go to such forums and debate all the time with them.  After a couple of years, that got really annoying, as they just kept saying the same things over and over again, no matter how badly I refuted them.  I have limited contact with some of them, and I try not to get too political and such, but I don't communicate with them on a large basis.
