You can arrive at who should or shouldn't be allowed by referendum democratically, and I think you might be a little off base about people's ignorance. People know about Communism by knowing what Capitalism is, no they aren't exact opposites but for most of those things the people WANT Communism is opposite to Capitalism. People DO want the opposite of Capitalism just for most the bonds of capitalist enslavement are too tight and they give in to the forces of dispair and appathy. It's is essential for us to not allow ourselves to be slandered or miss-represented so we need to challenge all those who would attempt to demonize communism and adapt communism where criticism might have validity. The key element here is that leaders and government for the people must act for the good of ALL it's people, that the well being the heath and prosperity of ALL the people are the CHIEF and first concern for said government. Capitalism is FAR from being such a government and the people KNOW this well they understand that it's simply a religion for the worship of the "allmighty dollar" and that for those without wealth it is mearly the means for the repression subjugation and enslavement. You should give the people a little more credit, these are the things all people want.
